can you cook with normal store bought mint plant leaves?

    Of course you can! Use in any recipe calling for fresh mint. If a recipe calls for dried mint, use 3x’s as much. (1 tsp dried mint = 3 tsp (or 1 Tbsp) fresh)

    Yes, I made a really good mint apple cranberry chicken and all I did was break up the mint and add it to the sauce to cook it. It was DELICIOUS!!! I bought the mint from my local Hannaford’s produce section.

    Yes you can.If made in larger quantity,it can be stored in the freezer for about a month.The Indian way is to blend mint with coriander leaves the proportion being 1/4 cup of mint to 1 cup of coriander leaves with garlic,green chillies,roasted cumin seeds,roasted peanuts,salt,sugar and lemon juice according to taste.This can be used for making curries
